Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately compiles and enters personal, employment and
payroll data into PeopleSoft.
- Maintains Associate and payroll files in accordance with
legal requirements and company policy.
- Reviews contents of HR and payroll personnel forms for
completeness and accuracy.
- Updates files in a timely manner.
- Reconciles errors to accurately process payroll.
- Reconciles calculated results with what was entered into the
payroll system.
- Reviews output reports by performing calculations,
comparisons, and payroll count tests.
- Conducts account reconciliation of payroll-related general
ledger accounts; defines account balances and makes appropriate
general ledger correcting entries.
- Answers Associate questions regarding paychecks, electronic
fund transfers, taxes and other general inquiries.
- Compiles, prepares, reviews and/or reconciles a variety of
reports as requested.
- Prepares quarterly and year end tax forms.
